Update on COVID-19 + Shipping Times

The normal mailing delivery standard from Canada to the US is 6-10 business days, and approximately 21 business days internationally.

Please keep in mind that current mail services (domestic and international) are experiencing significant shipping delays, plus there have been delays in tracking updates. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee any delivery dates right now.

Also, any exchanges or returns may take a bit longer to be processed. Rest assured that we will always notify you via email when a refund has been approved, or when an exchanged product has shipped.

We want you to be 100% delighted with every purchase you make from Loops. We offer worry-free refunds on all regular-priced purchases that are returned to us in their original condition.


REFUNDS

Please contact us right away if you’re in any way unsatisfied with the jewellery you purchased. We will do everything we can to resolve any problems so that you have a stress-free, positive experience shopping with Loops.

We will issue a refund (minus the cost of shipping). Please note that you must return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your purchase in order to receive a refund. Items must be in their original packaging. Refunds can only be issued via PayPal.

Returns received outside of the refund deadline (within 7 days of receiving your purchase) may be issued a store credit, offered at our discretion. Returns must be in original condition with applicable tags intact.

All sale orders and pre-orders are final sales, and eligible for store credit or exchange only (in-store purchases only).


DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged package, do not open it. Instead, refuse delivery, and have the package returned unopened.


EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or colour, please place a new order for the item you want, and return the original order. This ensures you get the piece you want more quickly, and that it doesn't sell out while you’re waiting for the exchange to be processed.


EASY SHIPPING

Loops Jewellery ships within Canada, the US, and Internationally.

Once I receive payment, I ship as soon as possible – usually within 5 business days. I ship to the address provided during your purchase transaction, or the shipping address saved to your account, so please make sure to check the address you provided is correct.



SHIPPED DATE

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. If you want insurance, confirmation, priority, overnight, etc, please let me know and I will change the shipping prices accordingly.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.


HOW DOES MY PURCHASE ARRIVE?

Each Loops Jewellery piece is shipped in a gift box and on a jewellery card, ready for gifting, and packaged for safe travel. We send it ‘parcel post’ and with tracking for Canadian orders. There is no additional charge for the gift box.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

All payments can be made through Paypal, and you do not need to have a Paypal account to use this option. Simply click on the “credit card” option on the Paypal page to use your credit card. Payment is due at time of purchase.


PRIVACY POLICY

I do not share your name, email address, and/or address information with any third party. My website has security features to ensure that any information saved in your account is protected.

In addition, as you are directed to Paypal’s servers to complete the payment portion of the checkout process, I do not see or receive any of your bank or credit account information.
